The President presides at all official meetings of the MSRT and performs all duties of the Office of President. The President also serves as an affiliate delegate to the ASRT House of Delegates at the ASRT Annual Meeting.

The Chair of the Board/Past President will serve as the Chair of the Resolution and Bylaws Committee and will assure that the business of the MSRT is conducted in accordance with the bylaws. As past President, they will represent the MSRT as the senior affiliate delegate at the ASRT Annual Conference and shall mentor the President Elect and assist the President as needed.
