All Educational Symposium attendees are invited to the 2015 Annual Governance and House of Delegates Meeting following the Symposium. Attendance is free, but you must register. Take advantage of the opportunity to hear the latest information on ASRT Bylaws, position statements and practice standards affecting your profession.

The ASRT House of Delegates meets annually to debate and vote on motions and proposed changes to the ASRT Bylaws and to adopt clinical practice and educational standards. During the meeting, delegates' primary duties are to represent the radiologic science profession and their affiliates or chapters and to take action on issues that affect professional practice.

The MSRT board will have a Tcon meeting to vote on purchasing additional insurance to protect the MSRT from financial theft. This protects volunteer members that sit on the board or hold office. This policy would be in addition to our current liability insurance policy that we have when we hold MSRT events. This new policy also aids in eligibility to receive financial aid from the ASRT.
Total annual expense of this additional policy would be $633. Our current liability insurance is approx. $500.

The ASRT is now accepting applications for the 2015 Student Leadership Development Program.
Students are encouraged to apply for this unique experience where you will be given the opportunity to get to know the ASRT, attend educational sessions and network with medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals.
2 MSRT students will be selected by a panel of MSRT board appointed judges, and winners will be notified on January 30, 2015. Winners will be attending the 2015 ASRT Educational Symposium and Annual Governance and House of Delegates Meeting, June 25-28, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as well as orientation the evening of June 24.
Included:
-Airfare, housing, stipend for meals and other travel expenses
-An educational program designed just for students
-A professional mentor assigned for the meeting
An insider's look in to the largest association for medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals

Students must apply by December 19th, 2014. Please apply on the ASRT site!
